Will I pay a fee for return and alteration shipping?
No, absolutely not. To offer a privileged shopping experience, you can make all your shipments completely free of charge using the shipping code provided to you after creating a request from your panel.
Which products are not included in the first-day return conditions?
All your unused, undamaged standard orders with intact tags can be returned on the first day. However, for completely custom-made dresses designed and sewn from scratch according to your measurements, return conditions may vary due to the personalized nature of the product.
How long does the alteration process take?
Our team starts processing as soon as your dress reaches our atelier. Depending on the details of the adjustment to be made, your dress is usually readied within 1 to 3 business days and shipped back to you free of charge.
